Arlington, Virginia - 22 January 2006 –
On a program supporting the Office of Naval Research (ONR), Smartronix Web Developer, Frank Cruz, was the Graphics Designer for the ONR Combined Federal Campaign (CFC) website. The website won the "Best Website Award" for a Department of Defense small command. This award goes to the department, agency, or unit that makes the most creative use of the website and video tools to communicate the CFC-National Capital Area story.
